Return Policy

1. Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Product Condition

  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories.

3. Proof of Purchase

  • A proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required to process your return.

4. Non-Returnable Products

  • The following items cannot be returned :
    • Food or perishable products.
    • Discounted or sale items.
    • Custom or made-to-order products.
    • Personal hygiene items, once opened.

5. Return Procedure

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] providing your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. We will then provide you with return instructions.

6. Return Fees

  • Return fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

7. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

8. Changes

  • If you wish to change a product, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
