1. Return Period

- Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories.

- A proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required to process your return.

- Discounted or sale items.
- Custom or made-to-order products.
- Personal hygiene items, once opened.
